At YOKKAO, we are committed to providing high-quality combat sports gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
