How long does shipping take for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery via DHL Express usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Where is YOKKAO gear manufactured?
All YOKKAO equipment, including our gloves and shin guards, is handcrafted in Thailand using premium materials and traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality and durability.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable.
How do I choose the right glove size?
Glove size depends on your body weight and the type of training. Generally, 10-12oz is for bag work, while 14-16oz is recommended for sparring. Check our detailed size guide on the product page for specific measurements.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
